this is SIA "Olivea Accounting", registration number 40203281243 (hereinafter – the Subject of the Law), internet page where future or actual client of the Subject of the Law is able to fill in questionnaires (and generate it in .pdf format) required for complying with requirements of Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing.

Intellectual property and using of questionnaires for other purposes:

Questionnaires that are located in this page (i.e. tool for filling in the questionnaires) are object of copyright, thus questionnaires could be used only for purpose defined above (filling in questionnaires for the Subject of the Law).

For usage of the questionnaires for any other purpose (including the case where You want to adopt this tool for Your needs and/or to present it to your clients) You shall receive written consent of copyright owner (You can contact the owner via e-mail info@baibakov.lv). 

Data protection:

This tool is not intended for storage of data entered or forms generated (or transferring it to third party or any other processing apart from generating .pdf file) and such functionality is not incorporated in the tool.
